An office situation. An array of files lying about. A group of demoralized employees. A cranky boss. And an impending disaster on the horizon. The boss lets out fire and fury on his subordinates about some half-done work. The employees go into a tizzy to accomplish the work. A few hours pass; the work is done. Half of the workforce is exhausted; half of them are demoralized. A dilemma; a puzzle. Can work be done in a more holistic atmosphere? Can’t everyone be happy and motivated and do the work on time?
