An office situation. An array of files lying about. A group of demoralized employees. A cranky boss. And an impending disaster on the horizon. The boss lets out fire and fury on his subordinates about some half-done work. The employees go into a tizzy to accomplish the work. A few hours pass; the work is done. Half of the workforce is exhausted; half of them are demoralized. A dilemma; a puzzle. Can work be done in a more holistic atmosphere? Can’t everyone be happy and motivated and do the work on time? Can’t the boss be the facilitator rather than the aggressor? So many questions and the answer lies somewhere in between.
